On average, our products take one to two weeks to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and your destination, from 3 days to 4 weeks for the largest items.
For personalized or custom-made products, an additional lead time may apply. If you have any questions, our team is always available by email.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is completely free, with no minimum purchase and regardless of your destination. No additional fees will be added at checkout.
Can I track my order in real time?

If your ceiling light develops a problem covered by the warranty during this period, we will cover the cost of shipping an identical replacement ceiling light or repairing the product, at no cost to you.

Do I need to drill into the ceiling for installation?
Yes, installation generally requires drilling a few holes. It’s a simple task that can be done with a standard drill. The mounting kit is included in the package.
Can I dim my ceiling light?

Are bulbs included?
It depends on the product. Some light fixtures come with bulbs, while others do not. This information is clearly indicated in each product’s technical specifications. If in doubt, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How long do your ceiling lights last?
Our ceiling lights are designed to last. The LED bulbs we use have an average lifespan of 25,000 to 50,000 hours, equivalent to several decades of normal use. The light fixture structure is covered by a 2-year warranty.
Does the ceiling light get hot?
No. Unlike traditional bulbs, our LEDs emit very little heat. You can therefore use them safely, even in enclosed rooms or rooms with low ceilings.
Can I return my ceiling light if it isn’t suitable for me?
Yes. If the ceiling light does not meet your needs or you change your mind, you have 30 days from receipt to return it, provided it is returned in the same condition in which you received it.
Returns are completely free. You will receive a full refund with no hidden fees.
